By registering an Account with ese4d, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ese4d.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an Account, access the Platform, or use any ese4d services. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to registered Users or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of ese4d services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal contract. Violation of any provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from ese4d services. Please read carefully and contact support if you require clarification on any clause.
To create an Account and use ese4d services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling participation in Indonesia. ese4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform. ese4d services are designed exclusively for the Indonesian market. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions may have their Accounts suspended and winnings voided.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or court-imposed restrictions that would prevent you from gambling or entering into financial transactions.
You may maintain only one Account with ese4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you operate multiple Accounts, all Accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonus funds across all Accounts will be forfeited. Funds equal to your total deposits may be returned at our sole discretion.
You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from gambling services. If you have previously self-excluded from ese4d or any other gambling operator, you must respect the exclusion period and not attempt to circumvent it by creating a new Account.
You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Professional or syndicate betting is prohibited without prior written agreement with ese4d.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
ese4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users. Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must:

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account settings immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals, forfeited bonuses, or Account suspension.
ese4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and major e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level.
All deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. ese4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ese4d Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. We reserve the right to request proof of payment ownership, bank statements, or other financial documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Accounts funded with proceeds from illegal activities will be immediately closed and reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 minutes for verified Accounts during standard business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or for unverified Accounts may take up to 24 hours.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits (the "same-method rule"). This anti-money laundering requirement ensures funds are returned to their original source. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, please contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.
Standard Accounts are subject to daily withdrawal limits of Rp 50,000,000 and monthly limits of Rp 500,000,000. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits based on their membership level. Diamond-tier VIP members have no monthly withdrawal cap. We reserve the right to process large withdrawal requests (exceeding Rp 100,000,000) in installments over multiple days for operational security.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This standard anti-money laundering measure ensures ese4d services are used for genuine gaming activity and not for payment processing or money transfer. Deposits combined with bonus funds are subject to higher turnover requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
All transactions on the ese4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, subject to any conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
A bet is considered valid and binding only when it appears in your Account betting history with a confirmed status. ese4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started, after the outcome is known, or during technical malfunctions may be voided at our discretion.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless odds have been determined before abandonment.
For football betting including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions, unless otherwise specified, all bets are settled on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time). Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market description.
Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets are settled according to the handicap specified at the time the bet was placed. Over/Under bets count all goals scored during regular time. Both Teams to Score (BTTS) markets require each team to score at least one goal during regular time for the "Yes" outcome to win.
Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo are operated by third-party providers. Game rules and payout structures are determined by the game provider and displayed within each game interface. If a technical error or dealer mistake occurs, the game provider's decision on bet settlement is final. ese4d will honor the provider's ruling.
Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are displayed within each game's information screen. Progressive jackpot wins are paid according to the game provider's terms. In extremely rare cases where a jackpot win results from a software malfunction, the game provider reserves the right to void the prize.
If an obvious error occurs—including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical glitches, or system malfunctions—ese4d reserves the right to void affected bets or correct settlements even after the event has concluded. "Obvious error" includes odds that are significantly out of line with market norms or bets accepted after outcomes are already known.
Unless otherwise specified in specific game rules or promotional terms, maximum winnings per bet or per day may be capped at amounts determined by ese4d. These limits help protect operational integrity and ensure sustainable payouts to all Users. Contact customer support for information on current maximum win limits applicable to your Account.
Promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives offered by ese4d are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in each promotion's official rules. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are granted at ese4d's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse bonuses to any User or Account.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 1x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Only bets made with bonus funds contribute toward wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotional terms.
For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as opposite-side betting), colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers, or any other activity ese4d deems to be abusive or fraudulent.
If we determine you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, forfeit any winnings derived from bonuses, close your Account, and ban you from future ese4d services. Deposit amounts may be returned at our discretion.
ese4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Users who have already opted into a promotion before its modification will typically be allowed to complete the promotion under the original terms, but ese4d retains final discretion.
When using ese4d services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any prohibited activity provision will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action. ese4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating suspected criminal activity.
ese4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ese4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Account transactions, or any other Platform activity, ese4d's transaction records and logs shall be considered the final authority. If you believe an error has occurred, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of the alleged error. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be investigated.
ese4d may display third-party content including game providers, payment processors, and live sports data feeds. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any third-party content. Your use of third-party services (such as individual games from providers) is subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.
In any event, ese4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process all pending withdrawals, settle any outstanding bets, and close your Account within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests (for responsible gaming purposes) are handled under separate procedures outlined in our Responsible Gaming policy.
ese4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
If your Account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of remaining Balance, whichever is lower, deducted automatically until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. We will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you have a complaint or dispute with ese4d, you must first attempt to resolve it through our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ese4d services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable international gaming regulations. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
